Dandelion Root* – High in vitamin A, C and K it contains essential minerals like potassium, calcium and iron while also being a diuretic. Recommended to treat hypertension, liver disorders and poor digestion. $2.75 oz

Elderberry* – Taken early enough you may be able to head off an upcoming illness before it becomes a full-blown flu. It also aids in treating bronchitis, colds, coughing and influenza. $2.75 oz

Fennel Seeds* – A good remedy for indigestion, dyspepsia, constipation and vomiting. Also used to stimulate milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Seeds contain powerful antioxidants that scavenge free radicals. $2 oz
