Mind & Body Wellness

Rebecca has been a licensed massage therapist since March of 2009, working for spas, chiropractors, and in wellness centers. She opened Mind & Body Wellness in 2010 in the hopes that it would grow into a holistic landmark for those seeking tranquility and respite in this busy city setting. Her preferred modality of massage is Thai, which makes its way into mostly every treatment, and her specialties are in injury rehabilitation and musculoskeletal imbalances. With her extensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, her work has been best described as ‘corrective’, but her spa experience adds an element of comfort and luxury to each treatment. She never underestimates the value of being able to relax… and breathe.
