You might have heard about our new Kangen water filter and are thinking: Why?

Well, we've been on a watery journey for quite a while in search of a worthy spring water solution with which to brew our finer teas. 

Water delivery was a subpar option with the single use plastics,  RO water involved emptying water of it's minerals, only for me to add them back in powder form. 

The final frustration was the hauling of several 5 gallon jugs across town, my body simply said no. When I learned that I could effectively create my own spring water (equivalent) I knew that it was my next step. 

Today we have a Kangen water ionizing system in house and are offering memberships for you to start your 6 cup a day routine. 

What Is Kangen Water?

A type of alkaline water produced using an electrolysis machine that separates water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen ions, resulting in a higher pH level than regular water. 

How it works: The electrolysis process creates "active hydrogen" (molecular hydrogen) which is considered a powerful antioxidant. 

Why Kangen for tea? 

It enhances the tea's flavor by drawing out its natural compounds due to its high pH level and unique molecular structure resulting in a richer, more pronounced taste.
